Microsoft Confirmed Windows 8 Will Be Available in October
Today Tami Reller ,Windows Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Financial Officer confirmed that Windows 8 is on track to Release to Manufacturing (RTM) the first week of August, at Microsoft’s annual Worldwide Partner Conference in Toronto, Canada. This time enterprise customers with Software Assurance benefits, they will have full access to Windows 8.
For normal people Windows 8 will be available in October. So you will be able to buy Windows 8 and Windows RT PCs or you can upgrades your old Windows to Windows 8 starting in October. Tami also said that Windows 8 RTM will comes in 109 languages and you can able to buy it from 231 markets worldwide.
In this conference she added that Windows 7 was their great success and hoping Windows 8 will also rock.So if your planning to buy an new PC or Laptop then wait till October.
