How To Make Your Desktop Wallpaper As Start Screen Background In Windows 8.1
In Windows 8 you are not able to set your own customized picture as start screen background. So you have to select a preloaded picture as start screen background. But in Windows 8.1 you can set or make your desktop wallpaper as start screen background. This is a nice feature added by Microsoft in Windows 8.1.
Method-I
Step 1: Open charms bar by moving mouse cursor to bottom-right corners in start screen.
Step 2: Now click on settings.
Step 3: Choose Personalize option
Step 4: Now you will get Start screen customization option , just select the last pic like the pic..png)
So how to set or make your desktop wallpaper as Start screen wallpaper or background in Windows 8.1 blue? There are two method to do this job . I am going to discuss both ways.
Method-I
Step 1: Open charms bar by moving mouse cursor to bottom-right corners in start screen.
Step 2: Now click on settings.
Step 3: Choose Personalize option
Step 4: Now you will get Start screen customization option , just select the last pic like the pic.

Now your desktop wallpaper is set as Start Screen background.
Method-II
Step 1: First right-click on Taskbar then select Properties (Most bottom option).
Step 2: Now select Properties (Most bottom option).
Step 3: Click on “Navigation” tab
Step 4: Now tick or enable “Show my desktop background on Start” option
So choose any of these two method to make your favorite photo as desktop wallpaper then make it Start screen background or wallpaper.
