Adobe Reader is the most famous PDF reader apps for Windows OS. Though in Windows 8 you don’t need a Adobe Reader as built in the Reader is enough to read or open PDF. But somehow people feel uneasy with this built in Reader apps to read PDF file as its not Adobe Reader, which is considered as best PDF reader.
