With the launch of Microsoft’s Xbox one few days back and Sony’s PS4 already in the market since 15th November, the war between the two most awaited gaming consoles is on. Xbox has ruled the markets for past eight years but it looks like PS4 has finally made way for its struggling past and outshone Xbox one. Xbox one and PS4 are too similar to a pair of rivals to be, but PS4 definitely has an edge in this console war and to begin with is its lesser cost $400 as compared to Xbox’s $500. The exclusive game libraries and other features are more or less the same and can’t be distinguished upon.
PS4 Has More Power
Both the machines have eight core processors and similar graphic engines but Ps4’s architecture is straightforwardly powerful.
The PlayStation4 has more power behind it as compared to the Xbox one which although is having similar hardware.
If we compare the look of the games on the screen that too again is similar. The slight difference comes with the games like the Call Of Duty Ghosts runs at a native 720p resolution on Xbox One, but at a full 1080p on the PS4.
Xbox One Has an Edge in the Shootbang Genre-
Respawn, the studio formed by the lead characters of Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare developed by Infinity Ward is launching Titanfall exclusively on the Xbox One and says that it will never come out on PlayStation. If you are in love with the shooters then buying Xbox One hands down!!
PS4 For Internet Startdom
With PS4 you can publicly broadcast your private game session and show a live stream play of your game to the entire world through the websites like Twitch and Ustream. Not just that, they can see you, hear you, and can also type chat message for you that will pop up in your game screen. All this is just a hit away! This feature definitely opens gate for a whole new gaming experience where you play along the world. The microphone provided by Sony’s console sound much better and does not mix the TV audio with it, it can be easily clipped to your clothes.
Telle Watching Is Possible With Xbox One
Xbox One gives you the option of plugging your cable box output to your Xbox and then watch TV with the Kinect Voice commands to browse the listings and change the channel. Kinect can also turn on or off the TV set, can change the volume and can also fast forward, pause and play the TV shows. In brief, Xbox takes the charge of your Television channels without you picking up the remote.
Exclusive Japanese Games On PS4
Although Japanese games are being launched on both Xbox and PlayStation by their developers keeping in mind the impact it has on Japanese economy, but for a pure Japanese gaming experience PS4 is undoubtedly the one to go for. One of the exceptions being Ni No Kuni which can be enjoyed on a PS3. Sony Japan has its own studio and thus will always have more exclusive Japanese games than any other console.
PS4’s vita TV seems to dominate the “living room console”, the visual detail supplemented by PS4 gives it an added advantage over Microsoft’s console.
After all the scrutiny these consoles went through it still looks like that Sony is winning, although that might not be the accurate taking of temperature with respect to the world as it is a little sooner and we can wait for more user reviews to reach a conclusion.
