- Minimum 512 MB of system memory (RAM)
- Minimum 6 GB of disk space for installation
- Graphics card capable of 800×600 resolution
- Optical DVD-ROM drive or USB port (2 GB)
If you are already using BackBox Linux 4.0 then you can easily upgrade to BackBox Linux 4.1. So how to upgrade from BackBox Linux 4.0 to BackBox Linux 4.1?
Just go to terminal and execute these commands
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get dist-upgrade
sudo apt-get install -f
sudo apt-get install backbox-default-settings backbox-desktop –reinstall
sudo apt-get install backbox-tools –reinstall
sudo apt-get autoremove –purge
If you want to fresh install BackBox Linux 4.1 on your PC then just download and install as like you with other Linux distribution.
